Kids will learn the correct archaeological techniques while simulating a dig of a real site in Truro. We will excavate scientifically to discover waht people left behind and how those things are related to one another. We will ask and answer questions such as:

• Who were these people?
• Where did they live?
• How did they live?
• What did they eat?
• What were their lives like?

Dig dates: 8/4, 8/11, 8/14, 8/18, 8/21, 8/25, 8/28

All materials are supplied. No fee.

All dig sessions will be taught by teachers or trained volunteers.

Each session is two hours long.

Children should dress comfortably and bring a light snack.
